1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AppointifyAI.com (“Website”) and the services offered by Appointify AI (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use our Website or services.

2. Services Provided

Appointify AI provides appointment-generation services, including but not limited to:

Running digital advertising campaigns on behalf of clients (Google, Meta, and other platforms).

Lead qualification and appointment scheduling through AI-assisted tools and human support.

Delivery of confirmed, pre-qualified appointments to client calendars.

Pay-per-appointment pricing model, where clients are charged only when an appointment shows, subject to agreed terms.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without prior notice.

3. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

Be at least 18 years old.

Have the authority to enter into binding agreements on behalf of your business.

Provide accurate and complete information when engaging with us.

4. Client Responsibilities

By working with Appointify AI, you agree to:

Provide accurate information necessary for campaigns (e.g., business details, service offerings, calendar availability).

Respond promptly to communications from our team to ensure timely delivery of appointments.

Maintain updated scheduling systems (Google Calendar, CRM, or other integrations) to receive appointments.

Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction, including marketing and advertising standards in your industry.

5. Payment Terms

Pay-Per-Appointment Model: Clients are charged only for confirmed appointments that meet the agreed definition of a “show.”

Billing: Payments will be processed through the method agreed upon during onboarding. Invoices are due immediately unless otherwise stated.

Refunds: Appointify AI does not provide refunds except as expressly outlined in your service agreement. If an appointment does not meet the “qualified” definition, you must notify us within 48 hours to request a review.

Late Payments: Any late or failed payments may result in suspension of services.

6. No Guarantees

While we aim to generate qualified appointments and improve calendar consistency, Appointify AI does not guarantee:

A specific number of appointments, clients, or revenue outcomes.

That every appointment will convert into paying clients.

That third-party platforms (Google, Meta, WhatsApp, etc.) will always operate without interruption.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials on the Website and within our services (including but not limited to content, copy, graphics, branding, and systems) are the property of Appointify AI or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit such materials without prior written consent.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive business information, client data, and proprietary processes disclosed during the engagement.

9. Data & Privacy

Appointify AI may process personal data of leads/prospects on your behalf strictly for the purpose of delivering appointments.

By using our services, you confirm you have the necessary permissions to share such data with us.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Appointify AI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, missed opportunities, or reputational harm.

Our total liability under these Terms is limited to the total fees paid by you to Appointify AI in the 3 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Appointify AI, its officers, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

Misuse of our services.

Violation of these Terms.

Non-compliance with applicable laws in your industry or jurisdiction.

12. Third-Party Tools and Platforms

Our services may rely on third-party tools (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, WhatsApp, Calendly). We are not responsible for interruptions, changes, or outages in these platforms.

13. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice. Upon termination:

Any outstanding payments remain due immediately.

Client access to systems, campaigns, and data provided by Appointify AI will be revoked.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in the United Kingdom.

15. Amendments

We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on our Website. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
